Nikos specializes in banking, finance and capital markets law and also practices corporate law and insurance law. His practice includes public M&A transactions, securities offerings, financial market infrastructures, the establishment and marketing of investment funds and financial litigation. He regularly provides advice to corporates on various banking, investment and insurance regulation matters.

Apart from Greek, he speaks English, French & German

He has an LL.B. in Hellenic Law from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, an LL.M. in EU Administrative Law from the Ruprecht-Karls- Universität Heidelberg, an  LL.M. in European Banking and Financial Law from the University of Luxembourg  and he is a doctoral candidate at Universität zu Köln.
