Born in Athens, Greece; admitted 1971, Athens; authorized to appear before the Greek Courts of all instances; Em. Professor of Commercial and Business Law, Athens University of Economics and Business; Judge, Court of Appeal for Trademarks, 1987-1990.

Founder of Rokas Law Firm, he leads the insurance law team at Rokas (Athens). Long experience as a lawyer in sophisticated cases of mergers & acquisitions, privatizations, banking & finance, admiralty & maritime, Central and SE European law. His dispute resolution practice spans over forty years and mainly focuses on complex conflicts in the insurance sector; advises on regulatory, corporate and contract matters primarily of insurance undertakings; has chaired a number of law drafting committees.
