Career

Jesper Løffler Nielsen’s main area of expertise, and great passion, is IT-law with a particular focus on IT-contracts and privacy.

In June 2016, Jesper completed a three-year course in business PhD with a focus on IT-law. Simultaneously with his PhD, he continued working as an attorney at Focus Advokater LLP. In connection with his PhD, Jesper was three months at Santa Clara University in Silicon Valley in 2015. He has also published a number of articles within the IT-law subject, including five published in UfR (Danish Weekly Law Reports).

Jesper Løffler Nielsen is a certified IT-lawyer and has + 10 years of experience as external lecturer in IT-law and privacy law at the University of Southern Denmark and the Technological Institute.
