Career
Maria Malling Eriksen primarily deals with company law and business transfers and intellectual property right.
She has assisted both domestic and foreign companies with the purchase and sale of companies and she has significant experience with organising and completing business transfers.
She is also highly specialised within intellectual property right. Her focus is primarily on registration of intellectual property rights such as trademarks and designs, preparation of licence agreements and legal advice on product imitation. She has great experience conducting cases before the courts.
In addition to this, Maria Malling Eriksen provides support in connection to contract and settlement negotiations.
