Position

Evo joined Pérez-Llorca in 2024 as a partner to contribute to the international development of the firm from Lisbon. He developed his professional career in international law firms and, prior to joining Pérez-Llorca, was a senior lawyer in the corporate and real estate department of a “Magic Circle” law firm in Lisbon and previously a lawyer in the real estate and construction department in a reputed Iberian law firm.

Career

His practice focuses on advising domestic and foreign investors, such as financial institutions, investment funds and private equity funds, on national and cross-border real estate transactions. He has a wide-ranging experience advising on complex real estate and corporate real estate transactions and projects, spanning from single asset to portfolio sales or acquisitions, real estate development, sale and lease back operations, real estate due diligence exercises, amongst others, and the negotiation of a broad range of real estate contracts. He advises clients on issues related to developing and operating real estate assets in the residential and alternative residential, tourism & leisure, office, logistics, retail and industrial sectors, and has further experience in advising on planning and land use matters. He also has extensive experience in the acquisition of REO and NPL portfolios, in the enforcement of security rights on immovable property and in renewable energy projects.
