Felipe is a partner of the International Arbitration practice in the New York office.
Career
Felipe has experience in investment arbitration, US domestic arbitration, international commercial arbitration and litigation.
Prior to joining Pérez-Llorca, Felipe worked at two world-renowned law firms, and at one of Chile’s most distinguished law firms. His experience covers a broad spectrum of commercial litigation and arbitration in areas such as post-merger and acquisition adjustments, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, engineering, construction, mining and public concessions. He also advises investors and states on investment disputes, particularly in sectors related to energy, infrastructure, insurance, pensions and financial services.
Since 2023, Felipe has been a member of the register of international arbitrators of the Centro de Conciliación y Arbitraje, part of the Medellín Chamber of Commerce.
