Pérez-Llorca

José Luis joined Pérez-Llorca in 2017 after having worked at the Madrid office of an international firm for four years. In 2019 and 2020 he worked at the Firm’s London office. In 2024 José Luis was made Partner.

José Luis advises both domestic and foreign clients on all kinds of commercial transactions and, in particular, on significant M&A transactions, the creation and dissolution of joint ventures, corporate restructuring and private equity transactions.

He speaks Spanish and English.
