Position
Marisa is a lawyer of the Civil and Labour Law department, and has been working with Espanha e Associados since 2019.
Marisa has developed her practice in several areas of Civil and Labour Law.
In the area of Civil Law, her practice focuses on contracts and Tort law, Family and Succession law and Litigation.
In the area of Labour Law, she provides employment advice to companies, supporting them in contract negotiation and revocation processes, advising companies on collective bargaining, social security and other day-to-day employment matters, as well as handling disciplinary procedures and employment litigation.
