Albert Kusk has been employed for over 15 years in the fields of commercial contracts and corporate law. He has extensive experience of organising and implementing mergers and acquisitions, and also provides general advice on contract law and commercial matters to a number of regular clients, always showing exceptional commercial insight.

He also works in dispute resolution in these areas of expertise and on VAT and other indirect taxes. His assistance comprises advice and conducting appeals through the administrative appeals system and the courts.
