Michael Goeskjær is specialised in IT law, intellectual property rights, and contract law, including M&A transactions. During his 35 years as a legal adviser, he has assisted Danish and international companies in a wide range of legal matters - including IT and IPR, telecommunications, M&A, distribution and dealer issues as well as general company law and contract law matters.

Michael is an experienced litigation lawyer. He has conducted a significant number of high-profile cases before the Danish courts and in arbitration.
