Poul Jensen is mainly concerned with the transfer and rental of real estate. He has considerable knowledge and experience in the field of property transfers of all kinds and provides advice within purchases and sales of real estate, project development, cooperative housing, tenancy law and agriculture and forestry.

He helps both professional property investors and business enterprises and provides advice to private individuals on the purchase and sale of owner-occupied flats, detached houses, villas, holiday homes or cooperative dwellings.

He has advised private individuals, business enterprises and social housing organisations on tenancy law for many years. He has considerable experience and specialist knowledge within all areas of tenancy law, including social housing.

In addition, he works in family and inheritance law. He advises in connection with the division of matrimonial property on legal separation and divorce, administration of estates of deceased persons, and preparation of marriage settlements, wills etc.
