Position

Partner Kristian Skovsgaard specialises in construction law and has more than 10 years of experience.

Kristian advises private businesses, technical consultants and public authorities on all aspects of construction and procurement. Additionally, he assists in the drafting and negotiation of contracts and has extensive experience in court and arbitration proceedings in the field of construction law.

Furthermore, Kristian advises on tenancy law, assisting landlords in particular. In this field, he also has extensive experience in court and arbitration proceedings in the field of tenancy law.

Kristian holds a Ph.D. in construction law from Aarhus School of Business and Social Sciences (Aarhus BSS). He has considerable teaching experience and is an external lecturer at Aarhus BSS.

Finally, Kristian is the author of “The contractor’s extra work”, Jurist- og Økonomforbundets Forlag, 2017, and is the author of several journal articles.
