For more than 25 years, Arly Carlquist has worked with all types of IT agreements, including those regarding system development, outsourcing, distribution, consultants, and software licenses as well as all related legal and commercial matters.

Additionally, Arly has significant experience with IP related matters, including protection, buying and selling, licensing (inbound/outbound), and enforcement of IP rights. Regarding regulations concerning copyrights, Arly maintains an updated knowledge of the development within both Denmark and the EU. In such matters, he has advised some of the world’s leading tech companies.

In connection to Arly’s extensive insights in IT and IP law, he has continuously worked with related areas where experience with complex contractual issues is crucial. These include cooperation agreements, development agreements, and other types of commercial agreements.
