Restructuring and Insolvency

Birgitte Jørgensen works in insolvency law, including bankruptcy and restructuring, and has a PhD in the field. She also advises businesses and banks on finance law matters, in particular the different types of security and general loan financing.

She is a certified insolvency lawyer and runs courses on restructuring, bankruptcy, business charges and other forms of charge.

She is also head of the department of Restructuring and Insolvency.
