Morten Lund Gladbjerg specialises in business transfers and has assisted several large Danish and foreign companies in connection with M&A transactions.
Morten advises in all aspects of the transaction process, including selection of the transaction model, planning and optimization of sales processes, investment and ownership structures, legal due diligence as well as the design and negotiation of transaction documents.
Additionally, Morten has experience in M&A Real Estate, where he regularly assists clients in relation to development projects and real estate transactions.
