Position
Henning von Lillienskjold specialises in M&A, acquisition financing and general corporate law.
He is appointed to the Association of Danish Law Firm's (Danske Advokater) specialist committee for corporate law.
Henning von Lillienskjold has extensive experience in managing due diligence processes, structured processes and preparing and negotiating transaction documents.
He has been involved in numerous cross-border transactions, public takeovers and some of the most complex Danish transactions. His work also includes fund regulations (AIFMD).
Henning von Lillienskjold is recommended as key lawyer by Legal 500 in Commercial, Corporate and M&A, and IFLR1000 in the area of Mergers and Acquisitions. He is DAHL's representative at The International Lawyers Network (ILN).
