Position

Marina Allamani is a partner of our tax practice and co-heads our Real Estate tax practice.

She has extensive experience in real estate projects and regularly advises international and domestic clients on the structure of their acquisitions, financing, as well as a variety of tax issues relating to real estate—corporate income tax, 15% special real estate tax, real estate transfer taxes, etc. She is also heavily involved in international business transactions, including joint ventures, corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions. Marina has worked with multinational companies active in the construction sector and has advised them in relation to tax issues pertaining to infrastructure projects and concession agreements.

She was admitted to the Athens Bar in 1995 and joined our firm in 2000. Marina is also admitted before the Court of Appeals.
