Nicholas is an Associate in the Tax Department, advising in Tax and Investment Funds & Private Equity practice areas, which includes advising on the tax considerations as relates to mergers; corporate reorganisations; funding and financial services; local and foreign investment fund and deal structuring; multi-jurisdictional investments and structures and trusts and trust administration.
He has also assisted in the Commercial Department, advising on Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions and B-BBEE Compliance. Nicholas holds a Bcom (Law) and LLB from the University of Stellenbosch.
