Lucinda Hinxman is a Director in the Labour & Employment practice area. She specialises in commercial employment transactions; employment law and litigation; and health and safety law. Lucinda advises on the Basic Conditions of Employment Act; the Labour Relations Employment Act; the Skills Development Act; the Employment Equity Act; the Unemployment Insurance Fund; the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act; and the Occupational Health and Safety Act. She also advises on private arbitration and dispute resolution; CCMA and Labour Court disputes; and Pro bono labour law matters. She holds a BCom (Financial Accounting & Law); an LLB (with distinction); and an LLM, all from the University of the Witwatersrand.
