Vivienne  specialises in corporate real estate; due diligence investigations; notarial bonds and deeds; sectional title and cluster developments; township and town planning; sectional title development schemes; share block conversion schemes; township developments; conveyancing (including registration of mortgage bonds and security documentation); notarial work; and antenuptial contracts. Vivienne is a member of The Women’s Property Network and the South African Property Owners Association (SAPOA).

Vivienne holds a BProc from the University of South Africa and is a registered Conveyancer and Notary Public.
