Director Nastascha Harduth advises in the Africa; Arbitration; Financial Services Regulation; and Insolvency, Business Rescue & Restructuring practice areas. She specialises in restructuring, business rescue & insolvency-related matters (including cross-border matters); and general commercial litigation and dispute resolution (including cross-border matters). Nastascha is a Fellow of INSOL International; a member of the Educational Committee for the INSOL International Regional Conference (New York City, 2018); and a member of the INSOL Fellows’ Steering Committee 2017/2019.

She is a member of the Educational Committee for the INSOL

She holds a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry & Biochemistry from the Rand Afrikaans University, and an LLB which she was awarded cum laude from the University of Johannesburg. She has also completed, with distinction, both the Advanced Short Course in Business Rescue Practice through the University of South Africa in association with Legal Education and Development, and the Diploma in Insolvency Law & Practice through the University of Pretoria. With regard to the latter, she received an award for being the student with the highest results.
