Sebastian advises contracting authorities on planning and implementing tender procedures regarding complex infrastructure projects. He advises and represents both contracting authorities as well as bidders in review procedures before the Austrian public procurement reviewing authorities and bidders during tender procedures in order to safeguard full compliance of their bids with public procurement law as well as the tender documents (tender specifications).
