Public Procurement. Johann specializes in public procurement law, in particular on tender procedures for complex planning contracts, construction works and PPP issues. He has extensive practical experience in handling high level procurement procedures.

Prior to joining the firm, Johann gained valuable experience working for several years at two prestigious procurement law boutiques in Vienna.

Johann studied law at the University of Vienna, where he graduated in 2011. He completed his legal clerkship in 2012 and has been admitted to the Austrian bar since 2017.
