Position

Partner. Radosveta leads the local Real Estate practice in Sofia. She advises clients from a range of sectors throughout the development and realisation of large-scale projects. Radosveta has almost 20 years of top-level experience in the field. Her experience covers the entire property 'life-cycle' including legal due diligence, acquisitions and dispositions, construction, land use, planning and development, financing and joint venturing, investments, transaction structuring, lease contracts, mortgages, environmental aspects, etc. In addition, Radosveta has handled multiple planning and development projects in the logistics, office, and residential sectors, including some that dominate Sofia’s modern city landscape. Her role extends beyond the initial phases of planning and development, encompassing every step from land acquisition, through meticulous due diligence processes, to the drafting and finalizing of agreements. Her expertise also shines in her representation during negotiations, securing financing, and providing ongoing legal and strategic guidance. Radosveta’ s approach is characterized by her commitment to offering end-to-end legal and strategic support for every aspect of real estate and construction projects.

Radosveta Kojuharova is also recognised by the market as a leading construction lawyer, one of the experts in the field. Her long-term relationship with many of her clients, has helped hone her skills in FIDIC agreements, structuring various types of projects and transactions, including multinational and cross-jurisdiction ones, establishing her as a key factor in some of the most notable elements of the Bulgarian and Sofia landscape. Having an expert understanding of both construction process and construction law she provides a wide range of services to anyone involved in any stage of a construction project. She assists her clients (owners, designers, architects, suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors) from planning to completion of a construction projects advising on all their construction-related needs, from the drafting of tender and project documentation to the resolution of disputes. A key strength of her practice is advising procurers and developers, considering market practice and bankability issues for construction contracts, as well as other related project documentation.
