Richard has particular specialization and expertise across the regulated sectors, advising companies at board level on corporate and compliance matters, often in sensitive & strategic circumstances. His career experience includes advising on transaction, regulatory and compliance aspects of internationally significant infrastructure, telecom and energy matters.

Joined Wolf Theiss from Advent International and the Bulgarian Telecommunications Company where he served as Group General Counsel, Group Investment Director and Executive Director of NURTS, Bulgaria’s largest television and radio broadcasting company.
