Radoslav advises on energy matters, covering a wide spectrum of issues related to the regulatory framework: energy generation, public procurement, licensing and tariffs setting, connection to the energy networks, electricity or natural gas distribution, non-discriminatory compliance programmes and equal access to the grid issues, retail supply and electricity trade, as well as construction and project development matters.
