In addition, Barbora advises multinational and local clients on commercial and corporate law matters and has a proven track record particularly in cross-border M&A transactions.

Barbora heads the local construction pratice in Prague. Prior to joining Wolf Theiss, she worked at leading international law firms and spent several months as a legal intern in the contract management department of a major German car manufacturer.
