Tereza graduated from Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Law (2004, Mgr. and 2012, Ph.D.), spent several months at the University of Queensland, School of Law (2009) and obtained her LL.M. with magna cum laude at the Faculty of Law, University of Münster, Germany (2007). She is fluent in English and German and is admitted to the Czech Bar.
