Miriam has been involved in all types of pharmaceutical matters, mainly advising on complex regulatory issues concerning over-the-counter medicines, prescription-only medicines, medical aids, cosmetics, medical devices and food supplements. Miriam has extensive legal experience in clinical trials, categorization of medical devices and reimbursement of medical aids and medicinal products. She frequently advises on compliance with local laws and codes of conduct, therefore she also regularly provides trainings to clients on these issues.
