She represents debtors, funds, Polish and international investors involved in bankruptcies, out-of-court restructurings, foreclosures, distressed assets purchase transactions, loan and claims trading. In her litigation practice, she concentrates on challenging transactions to the detriment of creditors, insurance, infrastructure and commercial disputes.
