Neja Nastran specialises in banking and finance law, real estate and corporate law. Her experience includes advising international clients on the regulation of financial services and institutions, as well as on corporate finance, distressed assets and real estate transactions. Neja also represents clients in litigations and alternative dispute resolution procedures.
