Position

Carsten Otto is a Senior Associate in our Litigation and Arbitration practice group. He advises national and international clients on matters of commercial and corporate law and represents them before national courts and arbitration tribunals.

He also acts on behalf of injured parties in complex commercial criminal proceedings.

Carsten Otto holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Chicago and a Master of Law and Economics (MLaw and Economics) from the University of St. Gallen. His professional experience includes positions at renowned law firms in Brazil and the United States, providing him with a global and interdisciplinary perspective as well as substantial expertise in legal matters across North and South America. He also regularly publishes on topics related to litigation and commercial law.
