Position
Linda Novina is an associate in the Insolvency and Restructuring team. She provides advice primarily regarding national and cross-border restructuring and insolvency law issues (including securing of claims) and represents clients in insolvency law matters in court.
In addition, Linda Novina is specialised in the area of Litigation and Arbitration. In this area, she is able to draw on her experience as extraordinary law clerk at the High Court of the Canton of Thurgau and at the District Court of Kreuzlingen.
