Jean-Christophe Beaury has an extensive experience representing companies at critical stages of their development with particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and strategic alliances in France and abroad.
He advises companies on a variety of general corporate matters and is notably active in the distribution, environmental, real estate and services sectors.
He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1995 and joined Racine as Partner in 2010.
