Career

Lisa Ducani specialises in assisting and restructuring companies in difficulty. In particular, she acts on behalf of companies, their directors and shareholders (in particular investment funds), as well as French and foreign creditors, in the context of preventive proceedings (ad hoc mandates, mediation, distressed M&A operations) and/or collective proceedings (on both the debtor and the buyer side).

In recent years, she has been involved in a number of high-profile cases, including Presstalis (formerly NMPP), IKKS, Fagor Brandt, Gad, Cauval (Dunlopillo/Treca/Simmons), FRAM, Geoxia, McDonald's, Keyor and ABM Pharma.

She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2014 and joined Racine the same year.
