Sophie Pasquesoone specialises in distribution and competition law and co-heads Racine's Competition - Distribution - Contracts team.

With almost 20 years of experience in distribution and competition law, she has specific expertise in contractual engineering.

She advises French and international companies on drafting their contracts and setting up their projects (launching networks, setting up complex partnerships).

She also assists and represents clients in business law disputes. Her practice areas include distribution, industry, services, agri-food and luxury goods.

She is a member of the Association Française des Etudes de Concurrence.

She holds a postgraduate diploma (DESS) in Business Law and Taxation from the University of Paris I and is a graduate of the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris.

Sophie Pasquesoone has been a member of the Paris Bar in 2005 and has been a partner of Racine since 2022.
