Marie Pouget mainly focuses on private equity (particularly in connection with LBOs), mergers and acquisitions and distressed M&A transactions.

She advises French and foreign investment funds and international groups on their equity investments and the monitoring of their investments.

She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2011 and joined Racine as partner in 2021.
