Career

Sandra Graslin-Latour specializes in banking and finance law.

Sandra handles all types of disputes relating to the validity and execution of banking and financial transactions. She accompanies and advises her clients in each phase of a dispute (amicable negotiations, conciliation, mediation, arbitration, judicial proceedings).

Sandra also represents clients in commercial litigation, in criminal law matters, in insurance and civil law matters, with the aim of preventing and handling conflicts (professional liability, individual liability, conflicts arising in partnerships, representations and warranties, termination of commercial agreements). Sandra is also active in the prevention of business difficulties, including handling matters involving special purpose trusteeships, voluntary and mandatory liquidation proceedings and collective proceedings.

Sandra has particular expertise in complex enforcement proceedings, including real estate foreclosures.

She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2000 and is Partner at Racine since 2017.
