Antoine Diesbecq’s practice is dedicated to assisting economic actors faced with legal, economic and financial difficulties. His practice is marked by a tailored approach to handling crisis situations, which entails a close working relationship with decision-makers in view of building a sound and optimized strategy that is based on his deep experience and knowledge of personalities and institutions. He has also developed a strong reputation in the field of equity and post-acquisition litigation as well as in the field of disputes subject to arbitration.

He has been a member of the Paris Bar since 1983 and joined Racine as Partner in 2003.
