Guillaume Thuleau provides consulting and litigation services on all the complex issues of social law and social security law for French and international companies from different sectors of activity.

Guillaume handles the social aspects of M&A operations and provides risk management before the judicial and administrative authorities. He also handles individual (employment contracts, incapacity, workplace harassment) and collective (collective status, collective negotiation, relations with IORPs) aspects of the employment relationship.

He has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2007 and joined Racine in 2012.
