Barna Evva specializes in financing and advises notably on real estate matters, corporate acquisitions/LBO (industry, media, service industry, etc.), infrastructure and energy. He advises banks and borrowers (investment funds, corporates, etc.) on complex structured financing deals, as on the drafting and negotiation of financing agreements and all related documents.

Barna also regularly advises on the financial restructuring of distressed companies, both in the context of court proceedings and amicable procedures. He is recognized for his expertise in LBO turnaround deals.

He acts on behalf of distressed companies and their shareholders/investment funds or for the lenders (notably credit institutions) to implement optimal solutions and renegotiate financial debt.
