Quentin Cournot is specialized in transactional taxation. His practice focuses on advising French and foreign private equity funds and management teams on their LBO and expansion capital transactions. He is also regularly involved in restructurings, acquisitions and the day-to-day management of tax issues for major French groups.

He has also developed advanced expertise in property taxation, enabling him to assist investment funds with their property acquisitions, disposals and structuring.

He has been a member of the Paris Bar in 2014 and joined Racine that same year.
