Carla Di Fazio Perrin has more than 20 years’ experience in employment law. She has developed significant experience in managing complex litigation that poses both financial and reputational risks, and she leverages this experience when acting in an advisory capacity.

Carla is active in numerous sectors, and notably in the distribution, energy, media, luxury and services sectors.

In addition to having worked in private practice, Carla also served as in-house counsel for the French subsidiary of a German chemicals group and for the French subsidiary of an American communications group.

Carla also heads Racine’s Italian desk.

She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1983, and joined Racine as Partner in 2004.
