Philippe Rogez represents companies (French and foreign groups and their subsidiaries, as well as SMEs and intermediate-sized enterprises) in the banking, insurance and industrial logistics sectors. He notably advises companies with respect to collective bargaining matters and on their transformation projects, including sale, merger, acquisition and reorganization transactions.

Philippe has developed a specific expertise in financial regulation applying to French companies active in foreign capital markets.

He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2005 and joined Racine as Partner in 2018.
