Ximena is the Risk Management Leader for EY Latam North and the EY Law Leader for Colombia & Mexico. She joined EY in 2002, after having worked at another international consulting firm.She has more than 20 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, foreign exchange and investment, and corporate taxes for national and international clients.She focuses primarily on the planning and implementation of local and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and other business reorganization operations; structuring and implementation of commercial contracts, joint ventures and different forms of association; as well as in the planning and execution of in-bound and out-bound investment projects.
