Prior to joining EY in February 2022, Jean-Pascal led Eversheds Sutherland’s International Energy Regulation and Commercial team. He has advised on over 30GW of clean energy and energy transition projects (including storage, biomethane, EV and hydrogen) with a particular expertise in determining the optimal structure from a regulatory and subsidy viewpoint and the associated power purchase agreements, working with governments and the private sector (including funders, developers and offtakers).
