Dario Pozzi is a Partner of EY.

His practice focuses on advising national and international clients on commercial law and deals and, in particular, on extraordinary transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, demergers, joint ventures, and divestments in various sectors (fashion, energy, chemical, rail transport, automotive, real estate).

Dario also has a wealth of experience advising on legal matters of a civil and commercial nature as well as providing assistance on ordinary corporate issues.

 Dario is a Partner of EY TAX & LAW ITALY.

He joined EY in May 2019 after a 15 years career at Gianni & Origoni, where he was a Partner since 2017.

Dario speaks English and Italian.
