Igor has over 18 years of professional experience in providing tax and legal consulting services. He joined EY in 2003 from a largest Ukrainian bank where he worked as an in-house lawyer. Igor is a qualified attorney-at-law in Ukraine.

Igor provides services to many leading multinational companies from FORTUNE 500 list Ukrainian companies included into TOP-100 list of largest companies across wide range of industries and sectors.

The transfer pricing team lead by Igor completed more than 400 TP documentation projects for multinational and Ukrainian clients.

Igor is a practicing attorney-at-law who represented his clients in Ukrainian courts of all levels, including the Highest Administrative Court and the Supreme Court of Ukraine.

Igor was engaged in a significant number of due diligence projects of Ukrainian companies and business groups. His team led and coordinated due diligence activities across many countries of EMEA, including UK, Cyprus, Poland, Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus and others.

Igor is playing an important role in the innovative EY Ukraine Accelerator services that seeks to support high-growth start-up companies in building transparent legal and operational structures and accessing financing and investment markets.

Igor speaks English, Polish, Ukrainian and Russian.

Igor received Degree in Law from Dnepropetrovsk National University and degree in Economics from the National Mining University of Ukraine
