Partner, Head of People Advisory Services in Ukraine

Olga leads the People Advisory Services for Ukraine and supervises People Advisory Services in several CIS countries, in particular, Armenia, Belarus and Georgia. She joined EY in 2002 through a merger with Andersen, where she started in 1998. She has more than 22 years of professional experience.

Areas of expertise: cross-border personal income tax, immigration, social and pension security, labor law and litigation; payroll and HR administration, integrated talent management, strategic HR, HR due diligences and integration, HR transformation, reward management, change management. Industry focus: retail, healthcare, pharma, financial services; energy, utilities, metals & mining, agriculture, non-profit, public sector.

Achievements

Olga is a successful business trainer having wide experience in teaching at universities as well as at Ukrainian leading business schools. She also has experience in conducting various corporate and open trainings in the area of people management; in particular, she set up an HR Certification program in Ukraine and certain CIS countries.

Olga speaks English, Ukrainian and Russian.

She is a member of AICPA since 2003 and of ICF since 2016.

Olga holds a masters degree in Law and a PhD in Economics. She is a CPA, MBTI® Certified Practitioner and ICF Certified Coach (ACC).
