Christian Busca is a Partner of EY TAX & LAW ITALY’s Corporate and M&A team.
He has a consolidated experience assisting both national and international clients on a range of M&A, corporate and commercial matters, especially in the consumer products, industrial products and advanced technologies sectors. Over the last years, he has dedicated to servicing of corporate NPEs, providing due diligence, management and compliance advice on this matter.
Of note is Christian’s work advising on transnational and multidisciplinary projects: in this framework, he is leading a platform for full servicing of corporate NPEs.
